A question, such as what is coaching from the position of participants, is very important. It is work for a coach, which is clear. And is it for a client? There are quite important for understanding the essence of coaching in the answer. For a client it is not simply being serviced and it is not a miracle drug, which would help to remove all the problems. Though there is some analogy between them in particular- when you bring yourself to coaching and take “red drug”, which opens hidden reality, as the main character from the film “Matrix”. As here we speak about a way to the world of non actualized possibilities of a person himself, who became brave enough for changes of his world under the supervision of a mentor, brave enough for a trip with a guide into unknown dimension of their hidden possibilities.

Немаловажен вопрос, что такое коучинг с позиций участников процесса. Для коуча это работа, что вполне понятно. А для клиента? В ответе открываются весьма важные для понимания сущности коучинга моменты. Для клиента это не просто получение некой услуги и не волшебная пилюля, прием которой поможет чудесным образом снять все проблемы. Хотя отчасти аналогия между тем, чтобы решиться на коучинг и принять, как главный герой культового фильма «Матрица», «красную таблетку», открывающую скрытую реальность, здесь уместна. Потому что речь как раз о пути в мир неактуализированных возможностей самого человека, решившегося на изменения своей вселенной под руководством наставника, осмелившегося на путешествие с проводником в неизведанное измерение своих скрытых возможностей.
